I recently went on a bar crawl in Ios with some friends, and honestly, I left feeling more let down than anything. We had heard great things about the island’s nightlife, but this crawl just didn’t live up to the expectations.
For starters, the organisation was pretty chaotic. There was loads of red flags that we should have seen but we were on holidays and said why not.
The bars we wanted to go to most we didn't even end up there, and the "free shots" they promised were basically watered-down sugar water. Also, no real vibe or energy at some of the stops – one place was practically empty
By the end of the night, we split from the group and went to down to the big irish nightclub
